All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete

Once your order is packaged, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 for the link to activate.

If more than one item ordered, we will do our upmost to deliver them together. We are usually at 99% truthful to this statement however unforeseen events could prevent us from this promise.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase.

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in BIVVOMARKET address below for inspection, the refund process will begin: “Returns must include all accessories, Items must include original packaging, for non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs, for non-quality related warranty claims, BIVVOMARKET refunds the cost of the product itself and Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements between quotation marks”.
